Adetayo Seun Morenikeji is the Managing Director of Crown Builder’s Consult & Development. With a strong background in finance and business management, he brings a wealth of expertise to the company’s operations and strategic growth. Before venturing into real estate and development, Seun worked with Access Bank Plc at the Oshodi Branch in Lagos State from November 2015 to September 2018, where he served as a Transaction Officer. In this role, he developed exceptional skills in client relations, transaction processing, and operational efficiency, all of which now contribute to his business leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic and has further honed his entrepreneurial acumen with a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the African Business University. Seun is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration in University of Lagos. His combined experience in banking, finance, and entrepreneurship has positioned him as a results-driven leader, committed to delivering excellence and fostering sustainable growth within Crown Builder’s Consult & Development Limited.

Catherine is a distinguished legal practitioner with extensive expertise in corporate law and legal advisory. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, and was called to the Nigerian Bar after successfully completing her studies at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus. To further deepen her legal expertise, Catherine obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Lagos, solidifying her reputation as a highly skilled legal professional. Over the years, Catherine has played an instrumental role in the remarkable growth and success of Crown Builders Consult Limited. Her strategic insights and exceptional legal acumen have been pivotal in driving the company’s achievements and establishing its position as a leader in its industry. SOJI OLAJIDE ADETAYO

Soji Olajide Adetayo is an accomplished architect with more than nine years of professional experience in architectural design, project supervision, and client-focused development. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative and practical design solutions, particularly in the conceptualization and visualization of residential and commercial developments. His portfolio includes high-end residential projects and technical renovation works, all executed with precision and creativity. Soji holds both a National Diploma and a Higher National Diploma in Architecture from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ogun State. His academic background provided a solid foundation in architectural theory and practice, which he has continued to expand through professional experience and continuous learning. He has also worked on diverse projects that span commercial, industrial, and landscape architecture. A skilled user of leading architectural software, Soji is proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop. This expertise enables him to transform design concepts into detailed 3D visualizations and technical drawings, ensuring clarity, precision, and efficiency at every stage of the project. Gbenga is a dedicated professional with a strong background in project management, electrical engineering, and workplace safety. With extensive experience spanning both industrial and hospitality sectors, he brings a results-driven approach to managing complex projects and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. He began his career at Lafarge Africa Plc, Ogun State, where he served as part of the electrical maintenance crew from 2013 to 2016. During this period, he developed practical expertise in diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, preventive maintenance, and ensuring operational efficiency in high-demand industrial environments. His commitment to safety and reliability helped minimize disruptions and enhance system performance. From 2016 to 2022, Raphael served as Manager at Ariya Hotel, Ogun State, where he combined leadership, project oversight, and safety management responsibilities. He supervised staff recruitment and training, oversaw budgets, managed facility operations, and ensured strict compliance with health and safety regulations. His hands-on management style and strong interpersonal skills enabled him to maintain smooth operations while prioritizing client satisfaction and workplace safety. Raphael holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, as well as a National Diploma in the same field from D.S. Engr. Adesola Akeem Bukola (COREN / FNATE) is a respected public figure, civil engineering technologist, and visionary business leader. Over the years, he has consistently delivers excellence in engineering services, building design, and construction projects across Nigeria. A certified professional, Engr. Adesola is fully registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and holds fellowship status with the Nigerian Association of Technologists in Engineering (FNATE).
